You may choose to register online or fill out the paper form below. Please make sure to review paragraph about USANKF Individual Membership number.

Before registering you must read the following steps. |
|||||
|
|
|||||
|
1. You acknowledge that there will be no refunds for any reason |
|||||
|
2. That you have a 2012 USANKF membership # if you are using |
|||||
|
this as a qualifier for the Nationals. (See Below) |
|||||
|
3. That you are registering for one division higher than last year |
|||||
| regardless of current belt level. If you were Intermediate last year | |||||
| you must be Advanced this year even if you are not a black belt. | |||||
| We will check the 2011 registration list and change your level | |||||
| if required. (This is a USANKF rule requirement) | |||||
|

***IMPORTANT NOTE - If you get an error message or a blank screen after entering credit card information and submitting the form - DO NOT go back and submit it again. It has most likely gone through. A few people are having issues with the confirmation page - then registering again. This will charge your credit card twice. Send us an email at karate@katsudojo.com to confirm your registration was received correctly if you do not see the confirmation page. |

USANKF Individual Membership Number |

|
Athletes do not have to be an member of the USANKF to participate in this event. However, if you would like to qualify for Nationals - you will need an Individual Membership Number. This is a $50 fee and can be purchased online through the USANKF website. You can link there below. |

Your membership number is the same each year. If you forget your membership number or are purchasing a new one, you can search for it by clicking the link below. |
