2009 Junior Pan American Championships

Katsu Dojo athletes Megan Neal and Tyler Wolfe won gold medals at the 2009 Junior Pan American Championships in El Salvador on September 4th–6th. Megan won gold in the 12-13 year old female -35 kg sparring division on September 4th and Tyler won gold in the 16-17 year old female -48 kg sparring division on September 5th. Tyler and Megan were two of only three US female athletes on the entire 12-20 year old US Junior Team (about 30) to win a gold medal in sparring.
